Starting with the essentials, a new driveway, patio, porch, and walkway set the scene, including new stone footings to support the structure. Customized masonry can be seen throughout the seat walls and stair design, balanced by lush local plantings for a bit of soft texture. Custom steel planters and oak tables add modern elegance and match the organic hues of the stone. Final touches included sleek concrete countertops, cedar screening, and a mobile kitchen island that moves beyond the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Beyond the patio, this complex job required a locally specialized seawall design to protect the shoreline.
